Goodwill of Southern Indiana Opens New Job Connection Center | Business

Clarksville, IN —  Goodwill of Southern Indiana opened a Job Connection Center in Clarksville, IN. The purpose of the Center is to provide easy access to people who need assistance in finding employment. The Center, which was funded by grants from Brown-Forman and the Wal-Mart Foundation, features job-seeking services. All services are free, and include:

•    Personal assistance with job searches and leads
•    Advice on resume development, interviewing skills, completing applications and networking
•    Access to computers for internet job searches and applications
•    Copier, fax and telephone for purpose of securing employment
•    Listings of area job openings
•    Referrals to additional community resources
•    Access to assistive technology for individuals with disabilities

The Job Connection Center is located inside the Goodwill Store at 1329 Applegate Lane, Clarksville, IN. The Center’s hours of operation are:
    
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday    9:00 - 5:00
Wednesday                                   12:00 - 7:00
Friday                                              9:00 - 1:00
